    We will provide you with a tracking number for your Boltt Wearable after you Order Now.

    Yes. We ship Boltt Smart Wearables internationally.

  • Does the price include VAT or other duties?

    The order total will be inclusive of VAT and other duties as applicable.

  • What is Boltt's return policy?

    We accept returns as per our Warranty Plan

  • Replacement Policy

    Boltt Warrants its product under normal usage, against defects in materials and workmanship to the original final customer for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. For more information Click Here

  • Do I need to buy all three wearables for the Boltt App to work ?

    No, you can connect any of the wearables with the App.

  • How does the coach work?

    Basis the data gathered by the wearables, the Coach will give customised feedback to the user.

  • How do I set up my Boltt device with the app?

    You need to sync the Boltt smart wearable Via Bluetooth onto the Boltt App on your smart phone. Please go through the Get Started Guide to sync your device with the Boltt App.

  • Does Boltt devices Sync with other apps?

    Yes, Boltt devices syncs with other apps.

  • Does Boltt works for other sports besides running?

    Yes, Boltt works for all the field sports like soccer, rugby, lawn tennis etc.

  • Does Boltt supports other languages besides English?

    Yes Boltt supports other languages besides English

  • Can Boltt be paired with two different devices at the same time?

    Yes, two different can be paired with the Boltt App at the same time.

  • Can Boltt support Ant+ devices?

    Yes, Boltt supports ANT+ devices.

  • What is the battery life of Boltt devices?

    The Boltt Stride Sensor has a battery life of around 6 months. After this it can be replaced with any normal coin cell battery. The Boltt Fitness Tracker battery is of around 7 days and after that it can be recharged.

  • How will I renew my plan after it has expired ?

    You can renew it within the Boltt App. After your plan expires you will get a notification for in APP renewal.

  • I only want to renew coaching without the new tracker? How can I subscribe to premium plans?
